I started my talent career as the Recruiting Coordinator here at Putnam and it’s been an amazing experience learning and developing in the People space and helping Putnam achieve its goals.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist with Putnam, an Ashfield Advisory Company, I oversee our entry level roles (Associate Consultant, Interns and Co-ops, and Life Sciences Consultants). I also support the recruiting cycles for Experienced Associate Consultants and other miscellaneous roles at the firm. I started off my career as a Recruiting Coordinator transiting to a Campus Recruiter/ Recruiter role. I joined Putnam in 2021 and continue to support our global hiring needs as well as build and run key talent programs such as the Summer Internship Program and our Fall Campus Events.
